Delivery Information

South African Addresses:
AudioHaus ships orders to addresses within South Africa at this time only. Delivery time may vary. Shipping orders will only be processed at our Bethal Office.

 

Delivery Options:

Audio Haus offers the following delivery options:

  • Flat Rate: R150 (Packages up to 15kg)
  • In-Store pickup: Free (Free – Parcels must be collected within 3 days of order – Storage fees/ Restocking fees may apply)
  • Free Shipping – Spend more than R3000.00 to qualify for FREE SHIPPING

 

Processing Time:
Our processing time is usually between 24 to 48 hours once payment has cleared. 

 

Delivery Time:
Delivery time for major city areas: 6 to 8 working days

Delivery time for rural and outlying areas: 8 to 14 working days

***Due to the ongoing lockdown, courier services and suppliers may have delays. Please allow an additional 3 to 7 working days on top of the current estimated delivery times on all orders. 

 

Please note that orders will not be processed or shipped without the full payment amount cleared

 

On Delivery:

Please open parcel on arrival, making sure all items ordered are in the package and no damages have occurred.

Contact us immediately if something is incorrect, missing or damaged.

No complaints will be handled in this regard at a later stage.

 

GUARANTEE, WARRANTEE, RETURNS AND REFUNDS Policy

Guarantee, Warrantee, Returns and Refunds

Please note:

  • There is no guarantee/warrantee on any speaker sets, subwoofers, wiring, led lighting and accessories.
  • There are limited manufacturer guarantee/warrantee only on specific branded radios and amplifiers.
  • E.g. Sony, Pioneer, Kenwood, JVC, JBL, Starsound, Targa and Spideraudio
  • Please note any guarantee/warrantee will only be considered if items are fitted by an accredited fitment centre. Proof of fitment invoice must be available.
  • All radios carry a 6-month limited guarantee/warrantee from date of purchase.
  • All amplifiers carry a 6-month limited guarantee/warrantee from date of purchase.
  • In the instance you may have an issue with a said product please adhere to the following steps:
    1. Please make sure original packaging and contents are in order
    2. No damage to the item, cosmetically or internally
    3. Item has not been tampered with
    4. Seals & voids not damaged / no attempted repairs carried out
    5. Once all the above criteria have been met please contact us directly via e-mail, cell or WhatsApp

 

  • We will gladly try our best to assist.
  • Should the item require inspection/repairs, the item must be sent back to us, courier fee at your own cost, once received inspection/repairs lead time will be 10-14 working days.
  • In the event of a refund where applicable, we will contact you and process a refund.
  • Refunds may take up to 7-10 working days to be processed.
  • If item has been ordered and stock is not available/on-hand, we will contact you directly to offer a refund or source the same/similar product.
